Working Out At the House... Can Still Kick Your Butt!

I'm getting married in just a matter of months... in Mexico. That means I'm going to be wearing a bathing suit... and by golly I wanna look good in my honeymoon pics.

Let's pause. It's March. It's been a warm winter... but still. Ahhh a beach.


Okay... back to reality. Mexico. Bathing suit. Me. YIKES! Needless to say... I'm serious about getting fit. Maybe the most serious I've ever been in my life.

I saw a post a while back on a gal pal's Facebook page. A workout that looked like I could do it all at home. I wasn't in the mood to do the big box gym thing one day this week... so I gave it a whirl. OMG. It was rough!

Workout:
  • 100 jumping jacks
  • 50 crunches
  • 20 tricep dips
  • 15 squats
  • 20 lunges (each leg)
  • 70 russian twists
  • 20 standing calf rises
  • 5 pushups
  • 30 second plank
  • 10 lunge split jumps
***Then I went and ran a mile... booo.

You don't need any equipment. I used a random chair for my tricep dips and my yoga mat so I could do it outside... but you could always do it inside on the carpet or floor. It was just soo nice... I had to get out and enjoy the weather.

Try it. I dare ya! Looks simple... you'll be tired.;)
