At-Home Fitness Challenge: Wednesday Workout!

Do the workout 3 times!!!
Go run 10-15 minutes after if you think you're a hotshot!


Today was the easiest of the days so far. My group decided to do the circuits faster and with less of a break in between sets. Ended up still breaking a sweat... But was nice to not be too overwhelmed today:)

We are past the halfway mark for the week! Yay!!!

Got the workout from a pal... then found it on pinterest. Notice the website on the picture of the workout;)
